Your Baby's Sleep Isn't Broken — But a Little Help Can Change Everything
Your Baby's Sleep Isn't Broken — But a Little Help Can Change Everything
What a certified sleep consultant actually does, and how personalized support helps the whole family rest.
If You Are Reading This at 3 a.m., This One Is for You
Sleep deprivation is one of the hardest parts of early parenthood — and one of the least talked about honestly. It affects your mood, your physical recovery, your relationships, and your ability to simply enjoy the time you worked so hard to reach.
If your baby or toddler is not sleeping, we want you to know something important: there is nothing wrong with you, and there is nothing wrong with your child. Sleep is a skill — and like all skills, some little ones need a bit more guidance learning it.
That is exactly where we come in.
"More sleep is possible. For your baby — and for you."
What Does a Sleep Consultant Actually Do?
A certified sleep consultant assesses your child's sleep patterns, your family's schedule, your parenting values, and your little one's temperament — and then builds a personalized plan that works for all of you. There is no one-size-fits-all solution here, and we would never offer one.
We take a gentle, evidence-based approach that respects both your child's developmental needs and your instincts as a parent. Our goal is not to hand you a rigid schedule and wish you luck — it is to walk alongside you, answer your questions, and adjust the plan as you go.
What Ages Do You Work With?
We support families across a wide range of ages and stages. Newborn sleep education (0–4 months) helps parents understand what is developmentally normal and set realistic expectations from the start. For infants between 4 and 12 months, we help establish healthy sleep foundations and work toward independent sleep at a pace that feels right for your family.
For toddlers between 12 months and 3 years, we tackle common challenges like early waking, nap transitions, night weaning, resisting bedtime, and sleep regressions — because yes, toddler sleep is its own adventure entirely.
In-Person and Virtual Options
We offer in-home sleep consulting throughout Brantford, Brant County, Hamilton, Burlington, Oakville, and Woodstock. We also offer virtual sleep consultations for families across Ontario — same personalized support, from the comfort of your own home.
Whether you need a one-time consultation, an ongoing support package, or simply someone to help you understand what is happening with your child's sleep, we are here.
You Do Not Have to Keep Running on Empty
Asking for help with sleep is not giving up — it is one of the kindest things you can do for your whole family. When you sleep, everyone benefits. We have helped families go from waking every 45 minutes to sleeping through the night, and we would love to do the same for yours.
Let's help your family get some rest.
